If you are interested in practicing transactional real estate law with a well-regarded DTLA boutique law firm, Kennerly Lamishaw & Rossi LLP is looking for an entry level associate and a mid-level associate (0-4 years’ experience).

These are learning and growth positions with mentorship and the opportunity to be a part of the Firm’s dynamic and sophisticated deal flow. First class clientele and direct client contact. Interest in office, retail and medical leasing and purchases/sales familiarity are a big plus. Entrepreneurial spirit and results oriented drive are a must. Compensation commensurate with experience ($100k to mid $200K for the right candidate) with an attractive benefits package. Good and sustainable work-life balance. Manageable billable budget requirements. Experienced candidates must be licensed in California (entry level candidates must be awaiting Bar results) and have strong academic credentials.
