Monica Bral started her career with Kennerly Lamishaw & Rossi LLP immediately after graduating from USC’s Gould School of Law in 2017. Today, she is a seasoned real estate attorney and is trusted to manage the relationships with several of the Firm’s largest clients. She offers practical, insightful, result oriented solutions to help real estate owners, developers and users consummate the transactions at hand. She is experienced in leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, entity formation, and the development of commercial real estate across a number of product type and for a wide range of clients. Her transactional resume includes the leasing and acquisition of thousands of square feet of medical office and retail space, including the buildout and refurbishment of the same.

Ms. Bral is a double graduate of USC, holding both her JD and Bachelor of Science (Business Administration) from that university. While in law school, she served as a clinical associate at the USC Small Business Clinic, an editor of the Business Law Advisor, and a negotiator and semi-finalist on USC’s Transactional LawMeet Team.

Ms. Bral has been recognized for her professional accomplishments and was named to the Southern California Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers in 2023, 2024, and 2025.
