Monica Bral is a transactional real estate attorney at Kennerly Lamishaw & Rossi LLP. Her practice focuses on leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, entity formation and development of commercial real estate for a wide variety of clients.
Ms. Bral received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2017, where she was a clinical associate at the USC Small Business Clinic, an editor on the Business Law Advisor, and a negotiator and semi-finalist on USC’s Transactional LawMeet Team. While in law school, Ms. Bral also served as a judicial extern at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Central District of California.
Ms. Bral graduated with a BS in Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business and with a minor in Psychology in 2013. Ms. Bral was the founding president of the USC chapter of Swipe Out Hunger, a non-profit organization helping students convert their excess USC dining dollars into meals for the homeless in the LA area.
