Morgan Dyrek is a transactional real estate attorney and is currently focusing her practice on retail and office leasing and the acquisition and disposition of improved commercial properties. Ms. Dyrek joined Kennerly, Lamishaw and Rossi LLP as an experienced ethics and compliance lawyer. She started her career in 2013 with the University of Texas (Athletics Risk Management and Compliance Services) and for six years was with the University of Southern California, serving first in the Office of Athletic Compliance and then the Office of Professionalism and Ethics. Ms. Dyrek is uniquely suited to understanding a client’s corporate structure and implementing a client’s mission statement. She brings integrity to each transaction, with a disciplined/professional approach to problem solving and an ability to marshal facts and organize issues, all for the benefit of the client and its goals.
Ms. Dyrek graduated in 2010 from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University, School of Law in 2013, and was a judicial Extern to Judge Daniel J. Buckley in the Los Angeles Superior Court. She is admitted to practice in California and Washington.
