Nathan Kelfer is a transactional real estate lawyer at Kennerly Lamishaw & Rossi LLP. He will be focusing his practice on the acquisition, leasing and development of retail and office projects. Prior to joining KLR, Nathan was with a real estate litigation firm where he was actively involved in litigating, resolving disputes and counseling landlords, purchasers, sellers and real estate professionals in a variety of real estate transactions. Nathan’s experience gives KLR an added perspective in protecting the best interests of KLR clients and guiding them to successful results in their transactions.

Mr. Kelfer graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from California State Northridge and earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. While at Loyola, Nathan participated in the Madrid Summer Law Institute, a program conducted at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos – Campus de Vicálvaro in Madrid, Spain and was the recipient of the Loyola Scholar award, a merit based scholarship. Mr. Kelfer in a native Southern Californian and a member of the State Bar of California, Los Angeles Bar Association, and California Young Lawyers Association.
