Emma Lapin is a transactional real estate attorney at Kennerly Lamishaw & Rossi, LLP. Ms. Lapin focuses her practice on the acquisition, disposition, development and leasing of retail, office and mixed use projects. Prior to joining Kennerly Lamishaw & Rossi, Ms. Lapin represented clients in various corporate transactions with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Lapin graduated cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where she was a Staff Editor for the Journal of Law and Policy. She received her B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis. Ms. Lapin is a member of the State Bar of California
