Robert Madok is a transactional real estate lawyer and a partner of Kennerly Lamishaw & Rossi LLP.  Mr. Madok’s practice focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, construction, development and partnership/joint venture structuring. Mr. Madok represents institutional developers and owners, corporations, lenders, charitable foundations and other non-profit groups, as well as sophisticated individuals.  Mr. Madok has handled all aspects of real estate acquisition and development, including structuring complex multi-owner property arrangements, sophisticated joint ventures, and the development of large-scale biotechnology manufacturing facilities and other special use facilities. Mr. Madok has represented clients in the development and leasing of entertainment facilities and multi-anchor tenant retail shopping centers.  Mr. Madok’s clients include domestic and foreign institutional lenders, where he has been involved with the modification and disposition of performing and non-performing loans, as well as the repositioning and disposition of REO properties.  Mr. Madok is also experienced in negotiating and structuring joint public/private ventures and related aspects, including disposition and development agreements and conditions of approval documentation.
