K. Jennifer Ozaki is Of Counsel at Kennerly Lamishaw & Rossi, LLP. Since joining Kennerly Lamishaw & Rossi (KLR) in 2005, Ms. Ozaki has focused her practice on the acquisition, disposition, development and leasing of retail, office and mixed use projects.  Ms. Ozaki is an instrumental player on the Firm’s retail leasing and development team and has overseen such diverse projects as raw land acquisitions being developed into power centers anchored by home improvement/grocery store/drug store tenants (or shadow anchored by the nation’s largest retail operators) to urban in-fill retail projects developed around metro stations. Ms. Ozaki is adept at big box, national tenant leasing as well as regional mall leasing. Extremely focused and organized, Ms. Ozaki is often called upon to organize and head up the teams handling the leasing programs and complex due diligence assignments for the Firm’s institutional clients, national developers and property owners.

Ms. Ozaki graduated with a B.S. in business administration from the University of Southern California and received her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, where she was managing editor of the UCLA Law Review.  Ms. Ozaki is a member of the State Bar of California and the Real Property Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
