Anthony J. Rossi was a founding partner of Kennerly Lamishaw & Rossi LLP and was partner emeritus with the Firm.  While his vast and diverse real estate practice included the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and disposition of commercial, industrial and residential property, Mr. Rossi focused on the acquisition and development of retail projects with an emphasis on the formation of investment combinations, such as limited liability companies and limited partnerships, for national and local developers and investors.

Mr. Rossi devoted considerable time to charitable, community and professional activities. These included prior service as a Director and Secretary of The University Club of Los Angeles, a member of the Board of Visitors of Southwestern University School of Law and on the Board of the University of Southern California Law Alumni Association. He was also a member of the Attorneys Advisory Committee for the School of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Southern California. He served on the Executive Committee of the Real Property Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, as founder and Chairman of the Board of American International Bank and as member of the Advisory Board of United Mizrahi Bank. Mr. Rossi was on the Board of Trustees of Cathedral High School of Los Angeles, Inc.

Mr. Rossi was formerly Of Counsel with Paul Hastings, and was a principal in First Financial Group and American Beauty Development, commercial and residential real estate developers.  Mr. Rossi was listed in the publication, The Best Lawyers in America. Mr. Rossi also was a frequent speaker for various professional and real estate related trade groups, and served as an expert witness in significant real estate litigation.

Mr. Rossi received his Bachelor of Arts degree and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Southern California ( Order of the Coif and editor of USC Law Review) and a Master of Law degree from New York University.
