Kennerly Lamishaw & Rossi, a transactional real estate law firm, is expanding its ranks.
The Firm is pleased to announce that Scott Shannon and Monica Bral have joined the Firm as associates.
Scott is a 2011 graduate from USC’s Gould School of Law and comes to the Firm with both legal and business experience. Scott’s legal experience includes the representation of developers and tenants in a myriad of commercial real estate projects – with an emphasis on retail development, leasing and finance. On the business side, Scott was an asset manager with responsibility for 14 projects and over one million square feet of commercial, retail and office space located in 5 states. Scott was an Academic All-American as an undergraduate at Occidental College, where he was on two varsity teams (Water polo: Captain, MVP, All American, and Swim: All-Conference). We are excited by the breadth of Scott’s experience and his competitive drive. We hope you have the chance to meet and work with Scott in the near future!
Monica is a dedicated Trojan with two degrees from USC. She received her B.S. from USC’s Marshall School of Business in 2013 and her JD from USC’s Gould School of Law in 2017. As a first year associate, Monica is learning the fundamentals of KLR’s diverse real estate practice, with an emphasis in office and retail leasing and development. Like Scott, Monica is multi-dimensional. Working with her father’s real estate development company while she was in school, Monica gained practical business insights and experience. Monica has all the right instincts, intellect and enthusiasm to become a truly excellent real estate lawyer. We are so glad she is a member of our team!
